1.  Are you factory or trading company?
   Yes. Our factory is located in Foshan, Guangdong Province, China. We have very mature produce, trade and logistics systems. We are a reliable garment manufacturer with over 14 years of OEM and ODM production experience.
2. Can I put our own label on clothes?
   Yes, we offer full customization services including: packaging, main labels, hangtags, care labels, etc.
3. Can I customize color swatches, fabrics, and sizes?
   Yes, we can customize any fabric/print/color and provide multiple fabric and color references. We also customize sizing charts. If you have your own tech pack, you can send yours too. We will follow.
4. What is your MOQ? Can i order small quantity for sample test?
   For most of fabric use, Our MOQ is 2 pieces per size. So welcome to place sample order to test our quality before you place bulk order. We will not let you down.
5. What is your delivery time for samples and bulk products?
   Samples typically take about 15 business days, and bulk production takes 4-6 weeks. This depends primarily on the quantity and design complexity of your order. If you have a schedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
6. How do I place an order? What payment methods do you accept?
   Since we focus on customizing clothes, welcome to share your ideas of the clothes you wanna make. We can get a chance to work together and talk about detail of the order. Then you can know our production process as well. We accept PayPal, bank wire transfers and Alibaba Pay, which are fast and secure.
7. What shipping methods do you have? Is there a cheaper shipping option?
   You can choose all kinds of sea, land, air, or express transportation for your orders accordingly. Shipping costs vary depending on the courier company, the weight, and the volume of the shipment. We’ll provide you with different shipping options when shipping. Usually Express delivery is cheaper, and you can choose between FedEx and DHL.
8. Are there any discount plans for our customized products?
   Yes.We offer some discount for our long-term partner, and also some discounts on bulk orders. In order to celebrate Christmas and our Chinese New Year holiday, we will offer sample order discount every year too.
9. What kind of product you mainly do?
   Our company customizes various designs, including dresses (daily dresses, princess dresses, and party dresses), tops, pants, shorts, rompers, pajamas, skirts, sets, matching family items, swimsuits, sweaters, dance wear, etc.
10. Are your samples free?
    We are not intending to make profits from samples. We are very confident that our company’s quotation for sample fee is not the lowest but definitely not the highest. We believe that customers will also consider many factors when choosing a supplier, rather than relying solely on a number.
